Conch Republic Gear

In 1981 Cuba allowed the migration of it’s citizens to the U.S. The result was the Mariel Boat Lift which found the Florida Keys as the primary landing zone for the thousands of refugees. The feds blocked access to the Keys as a security measure so the Keys decided to secede from the union and form it’s own country- The Conch Republic. Every year in July is the Conch Republic Celebration is held, a great tourist favorite! Below are some Conch Republic Souvenirs!
